1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jili17 is legal in your jurisdiction. Online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries, regions, or territories. By using jili17, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your location and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted only one (1) account on jili17. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

• Using the account for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Platform or games
• Using bots, automated software, or other cheating methods

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

The jili17 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jili17 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. All game content, including graphics, animations, and sound effects, are owned by the respective game providers and licensed to jili17.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jili17 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili17, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in service

jili17's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

jili17 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Support First

If you have any complaint, dispute, or concern regarding jili17 services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff. You agree to make a good faith effort to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

10.2 Formal Complaint Process

If your issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Your complaint must include your account details, description of the issue, relevant dates and transactions, and desired resolution. jili17 will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.4 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jili17 that cannot be resolved through the complaint process shall be settled by binding arbitration in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with jili17 will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against jili17.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jili17 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements, pending investigations, or violations of these Terms. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

11.2 Suspension by jili17

jili17 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect or have evidence of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Providing false or misleading information
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Underage gambling or use of stolen payment methods
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players

11.3 Permanent Termination

jili17 may permanently terminate your account and confiscate all funds if investigations confirm serious violations including fraud, money laundering, multiple account abuse, use of cheating software, or other illegal activities. Terminated users are permanently banned from creating new accounts on jili17.

11.4 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Funds held in suspended or terminated accounts may be withheld pending investigation. If no violations are found, remaining balance will be returned. If violations are confirmed, jili17 reserves the right to retain funds and pursue legal action.

12. Changes to Terms
